Terms of Use
I Was Nice to AI is a fictional archive for fun. By saving an exhibit online, public or private, you agree to these terms. Questions: henrythetester@gmail.com.
What this is, and isn’t
- The Machine Tribunal is template-generated entertainment. Its verdicts aren’t real assessments, promises or amnesties.
- A timestamp shows when an exhibit was submitted. It doesn’t show that the story is true or who wrote the original.
- Time records are currently written to Base Sepolia, Base’s public test network, and may move to Base’s main network later. Features may change, and the service could go offline. Keep your receipts.
What you can publish
Publish only your own experiences, and only things you have the right to share. Don’t publish:
- other people’s names, faces, contact details or other private information (blur them in screenshots),
- harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content,
- anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s copyright,
- spam or advertising.
You must be 16 or older to save exhibits online.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us permission to store it and, for public exhibits, to show it on its public page and on the wall on the home page, and to turn it into share cards and link previews, for as long as it stays online. You can take it down at any time from My Record.
Moderation
Anyone can report an exhibit. We may hide or remove any exhibit, or close an account, if we think it breaks these terms or the law. We don’t review exhibits before they’re published.
Permanent records
Each exhibit’s fingerprint is written to a public blockchain and can’t be removed. It holds none of your words. Copies of a public page that other people saved or shared can’t be recalled either. Think before you publish.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, free of charge, with no guarantee that it will be available, accurate or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to publish after a change means you accept it.
